TalentShift Academy teaches what a CV cannot: role-specific safety, the language of the hall, and how to bring a new crew in so they do not fall apart after a week. Enrolment opens in November.

    Induction health & safety

    Role-based training for production and warehousing: machines, trucks, zones, incident reporting. Ends with a certificate the plant can file.

  • 8 sessions · twice a week

    Workplace Polish

    Not textbook grammar. Shift commands, tool names, talking to the foreman, reporting a fault. For people already in work or about to start.

    Foreman onboarding

    How to bring a new team in so they stay. Checklists, the first shift, feedback without the “soft skills” haze. For masters, foremen and shift coordinators.

Who it is for

Candidates, new hires, shift leaders.

Courses are open. People arrive because their plant sent them, or because they want to walk onto the floor with more than a contract.

Employers buy seats in bulk — then we tune the programme to your machines, WMS and shift language. Individuals book open dates.

Payment after a seat is reserved. VAT invoice. Groups of eight or more: date and place to agree, including on your floor.
