We do not sell “everything HR”. We staff halls, warehouses and routes — including workers from abroad, with papers in order and a clear path onto the first shift.

About us

We know the shift, not just the CV.

TalentShift started in 2021 from one observation: plants in our region lose pace not because nobody wants the work — but because too few people actually show up for the first shift and stay longer than a week.

That is why we sit in Piła, not Warsaw. Why we talk to the shift leader, not only HR. And why from January we run the Academy — so a candidate walks onto the floor with safety training, workplace Polish and a clear onboarding.

We are a KRAZ-registered employment agency. Six people on the permanent team, plus a field network we actually trust. We cover plants within commuting distance of Piła, Wałcz, Szczecinek, Chodzież and Trzcianka.

How we work

A short process. No noise.

We do not promise a hundred CVs. We deliver profiles you can staff — and aftercare once they are on the floor.

    Role brief

    One meeting: skills, shift, language, deadlines. We know the hall before we start recruiting.

  2. 02

    Sourcing and checks

    Local and international sources. We verify licences, availability, and whether someone can actually get there.

  3. 03

    Shortlist

    A few profiles, not a folder. First names usually within 5–10 working days of the brief.

  4. 04

    Start and aftercare

    Onboarding, paperwork, a call in week one. If someone drops out, we refill the seat.

TalentShift Academy

Three courses that shorten the path from contract to an independent shift: induction health & safety, workplace Polish, and foreman onboarding. Enrolment opens in November.
